Family Profile:
● They have 2 children (4 and 5 years old) who will need the primary care for this position.
● Start date of September 16 (flexible on this for the right fit)
● Need full-time coverage roughly 35-40 hours a week. Consistent morning and afternoon shifts. Typically, 6:30am-1pm and 1pm-7:30pm. Sat and Sun is 9am-6:30pm.
● Need their nanny to be someone who shows kindness, dependability, trust, a positive "can-do" attitude, has a strong work ethic, and shows respect to all.
●They are looking for someone who is looking to truly jump into a family and help in a variety of ways.
●Want someone who is comfortable transporting children to school, appointments, activities, etc. They have a van to use, but if your personal vehicle is needed they will pay mileage.
● They are not open to any additional children being watched along with their children.
● Only looking for applicants who have multiple years of in-home nanny experience.
● Must be okay with 1 bunny.
● The mom will be working from home often.
Things to know:
● Start date of September 16.
● Rate of pay $23 an hour weekdays and $25 an hour on the weekends. 1.5x weekday pay for holidays, annual bonuses, and holiday bonuses available too.
● Must be able to commit to working one weekend shift a month. Higher hourly pay on the weekends.
● Looking for a minimum of a one-year commitment when hired by the family.
● Nanny must be CPR certified prior to start date
